2 (170g) can tuna, drained

1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped

1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed & finely diced

2 green onions, sliced

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 Tsp. dried dill

1/2 Tsp. salt

Pinch of black pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup flour

1 Tbsp. water

1 cup Panko bread crumbs

1 Tbsp. dried parsley
