Sundried Tomato & Roasted Garlic
Stuffed Mushrooms

1 garlic bulb

1 Tsp. olive oil

3-4 fresh thyme sprigs

12 large white stuffing mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

3/4 cup cream cheese

1 Tsp. dried or fresh chives

2 Tbsp. sliced sundried tomatoes in seasoned oil, chopped

1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated, divided

Pinch freshly ground black pepper

1/4 Tsp. sea salt

1/4 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2-3 drops Tabasco sauce

1 Tbsp. dried parsley

These Nuts & Bolts make it onto my Christmas baking list every year. The sweet and salty flavors with a bit of spiciness always seem to be very popular as the bowl never lasts long. An easy crock pot recipe that is easy to eat.

 

1 cup butter, melted

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

4 1/2 cups Cheerios

6 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal

3 cups salted pretzel sticks

2 1/4 cups salted peanuts (I used Sea Salt and Black Pepper Kettle Cooked Peanuts)

1/2 Tbsp. celery salt

1/2 Tbsp. onion salt

1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

Creamy Spinach Dip

This rich creamy spinach dip was adapted from the Knorr Spinach Dip recipe. Using less mayonnaise and adding in some creamy plain Greek yogurt makes for a little more guilt free eating.

1 (300g) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup mayonnaise

1 (40g) pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix

1 (227mL) can water chestnuts, chopped

3 green onions, chopped

This warm and creamy crab dip with the hint of horseradish and dill flavors makes an excellent choice for any small get together or pot luck. Served with flavored crackers or baguettes, this dip will disappear quickly and can be easily doubled for more of that delicious flavor.

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 (120g) can crab meat, drained

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 Tsp. Dijon mustard

2 Tsp. creamed horseradish

2 green onions, sliced

1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill

1/4 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

Pinch of black pepper

Avocado Dip

Makes about 3 cups

This dip is perfect for vegetables, crackers and cheesy corn chips. It is thick enough it can even be used as a spread on sandwiches or subs. This kid friendly creamy Avocado Dip will be a big hit at any gathering.

​

3 ripe avocados or 4 if small, skin and seeds removed

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Juice from 1 lemon

1/4 cup olive oil

3/4 Tsp. salt

Pinch of black pepper

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
