2 green onions, chopped
3 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded

1 1/2 Tbsp. green relish
1 Tbsp. sugar

This purée is so simple to make and so delicious to eat. It takes very little time for this creamy kid-friendly cauliflower to come together so it’s easy to add to any meal. It can also be that “hidden” creaminess in the Mac & Cheese that your kids eat so they get that extra nutrition.

Broccoli Mandarin Salad

This salad is perfect for any potluck get-togethers, as a side dish served with chicken or steak, or even as main dish by adding some seasoned cooked chicken breast. Marinating the broccoli in the dressing for several hours gives it a softer crunch. Along with the crispy bacon, toasted slivered almonds and sweetness from the oranges and raisins, this salad covers all the bases when it comes to flavor.

These sweet potato wedges are tender on the inside and crispy & sweet on the outside. They are just like eating candy…so good!! The dipping sauce compliments the wedges perfectly with a nice creaminess with that touch of tarragon flavor. They make a great side dish for grilled steak or chicken.
